*Google "story starters"
*any daydreams
*rewrite your favorite story/book/movie
*take your characters from a favorite story/book/movie and put them in a different situation
*add a chapter/scene to your favorite book/story/movie
*take an experience you've had and fictionalize it
*write a story around your favorite video game
